Auguri di buon anno, When I was working in Italy a few years ago, I had a codice fiscale, however as I have been working back in the UK since then, will I need to reapply for a new one once I arrive back in February? Also, my orginal c.f was issued in Perugia, and I am now moving to Milan, again, will I need a new one as I am in a different part of the country? Hope everyone is well, J

No you won't need a new Codice Fiscale but you will need to tell the Agenzia delle Entrate that you have moved addresses. You just need to go to the local Agenzia delle Entrate with your codice fiscale, photo id and some proof of your new address. Oh, and take a good book ;)

If you still have your original paper version, or better still the plastic card, there is no need to do anything-  just go to Milan.  If it's lost you will have to go to the Agenzia delle Entrate and get a copy - you will be still be on the system, and you will need to tick the duplicato box and not the attribuzione box on the green form.
