Easter Fun & Games (literally!)

If by any chance you're in our area, and have nothing planned for you and the kids (of all ages) for Easter Monday (5 April 2010) then....

Ascoli Rugby are holding a Rugby Picnic at Eco Services near Castel di Lama; just off the Ascoli / Mare Superstrada (enter as if going to the Garden Centre and follow the road down the hill).
The day will begin at 10;00 a.m. Italian time and there will be fun and games (not necessarily Rugby) for children of all ages.
At... about mid-day the Ascoli Old Boys (Beerbanti) will play against the Rest of the World, (there's always a place for experienced and not; Over 35s) and there will be side events such as Tug of War and Wibbly Wobbly, plus lads vs. Mums and Dads Touch Rugby etc.
The Club will offer a freeĀ pasta bash at lunchtime; all we ask is that you ring along something foodwise to share with everyone (cakes, buns etc would be nice). We'll also have live music and lots more.
We'll go on until the sun sets (presuming it's sunny!)

Sounds great! Unfortunately we live too far (Lucca,Tuscany) so no chance of us enjoying your initiative.

Maybe for next Easter, I will organize something similar over this way, for the International kids.

We have a great association called i Cittadini del Mondo a Lucca, check it out on www.cdmal.com but we mainly do cultural events for adults .
We will be holding the first birthday party on the 10th April and be holding an live-Art event on the 1st of May both at the lovely 4 star hotel you can visit on www.tenuta-san-pietro.com or you can ask me for more details.

Keep up the Initiatives,
Sarah
