Language School in Marche

Can anyone suggest a language school for the 'mature' student in Marche, either Ancona or Macerata area? I have studied Italian up to A level, but I really want to improve my spoken Italian and I think the best way is total immersion! I would like to attend a school and live with an Italian family. We have a property in Marche. Thank you.
