Some fun with a promotional video from Basilicata this week.
Basilicata is notoriously considered as one of Italy's lesser known
regions - and their tourism board focused on exactly that trying to
dispel the myth. It attempts - with some success - to prove that a
visit to Basilica is equivalent to a trip across the world.
Untouched by mass tourism, Basilicata has a unique charm that is
slowly being discovered by visitors who are keen to get away from
other tourist packed destinations and enjoy the beauty and tranquility

April inspired us a simple "ricetta primaverile", a spring recipe,
with the last good artichokes of the season, fava beans, which start
appearing in the markets, and a touch of fresh mint. "Frittata di
carciofi e fave alla menta", artichokes, fava beans and mint frittata
is an ideal seaonal recipe which is also a great option for a nice
