August! August in Italy means people are in one of two states:
1. Actually at the beach or by the pool or
2. Wanting to be at the beach or by the pool.
and our stories this week reflect that!
We start off in class with a look at Classic Yachting - the height of summer luxury and one that Italians have really perfected.
Next, swimwear - what is in and what is out this year on Italian beaches.
Finally, all this swimming certainly creates an appetite and a Scorpion Fish pasta is just the sort of dish to enjoy during an Italian summer.
