Hello all! I'm from Malaysia. Is it

Hello all! I'm from Malaysia. Is it possible to find a job anywhere in Italy (either full-time or freelance) if you have a strong English education background and have working experience as English Editor/Writer/Translator (Malay-English)? I don't mind any part of Italy, really, as long as it's a steady income as I've been living with in-laws for years (in my 4th year now), jobless and I already have a toddler kid. I had a thought that maybe I could make use of my art certificate to be an artist (traditional art) in Italy (I did painting commission jobs back in my country before I got married and moved here), but I have not seen any chances of it happening yet. With high unemployment rate and companies going out of business everywhere, people don't have money to spend on art. However, I'd like to know if any of you with experiences living and working in Italy can suggest something that can be done. I'm currently doing freelance jobs for Malaysian-based companies, paid in Malaysian currency (found the jobs in 2 weeks by applying online), therefore after conversion to Euro, I don't have so much money to spend.
