You can take the Tram 3 from Trastevere (in front of the ministrt of Education direct to Manzoni, but I think the last one is at 10pm. Best is to take the Bus H before midnight in Trastevere on Viale Trastevere just before the bridge, this is an express bus and ask the driver to tell you when you are arriving at Piazza Repubblica, where you can take the subway line A direction Agnanina and get off at Manzoni.On Friday and Saturday the subways runs till 1:30 so if you take the subway in the centre you're still ok if you are there at 1:30. Otherwise walk from Trastevere to Largo Argentino (5 minutes) and take any bus going to Termini to again take the subway to Manzoni. But check busses times I am not sure when are the last ones.
