I am restoring a house in Bevagna (

I am restoring a house in Bevagna (Umbria) which should be finished soon, hopefully furnished before summer.  I am not Italian and I'm not retired yet, so I thought I would offer it for rent during the season/s.  Is this easy to do?  Will it effect my property taxes? Do I have to register &/or get permission?  Is it advantageous to offer it under AgroTourism, and how does it qualify?  Hope I've not asked too many questions...Thank you,Kate
