I have a 3 stoey modern (2009) under used property in Poggio Farrito, Scalea,Calabria- private ground floor entrance, ( bike Park, etc.)- Leading to1st Floor living accomodation i,e Kitchen/ Diner,  3bed/ i ensuite/ 1 bathroom- 2 terraces- aircon etc. Stairs to 70 Sq metre  Terrace above inc Canopy 15sq metres- large Barbeque . plus private car parking space. I am considering fractional ownership. Do you have any ideas on how I should progress?RegardsRichard
