I own a two storey property in Italy

I own a two storey property in Italy jointly with another member of my family. I own downstairs and the upstairs is owned by my sister. The garden is a shared garden. The roof is due for renewal soon. What percentage of the new roof cost would I be responsible to pay for seeing as I live downstairs?
