Lord have mercy. I have an account at Monte dei Pachi di Siena and for the life of me I can't figure out how to use the PasKey to get online. I've only been in Italy for five months and my language level is not quite at the level for techinal assistance. Does anyone have experience using a PasKey for online banking?

Hello Bob, I trust you now are fluent with the passkey. Still the loggin process is:1. Enter username2. Enter password and on same screen the passkey number which will appear on the small display when you press the button.Enjoy!
