Cut the bread slices in half to form 16 triangles and make 8 sandwiches stuffing them with thin mozzarella slices. Leave a little margin around the edges without cheese, and press the edges together with your fingers to seal them.
Line up three bowls; fill one with  cold milk, one with flour and the last with beaten and salted eggs.
Quickly plunge the sandwiches first in the milk, then in the flour and finally in the egg.
Heat plenty oil in a skillet and maintain at a lively temperature. Gently lay the sloppy sandwiches in the frying oil and keep turning until both sides are golden brown and crisp. Enjoy!
