I am trying with little success to pay my Italian bills by direct debit from my UK Euro account, which I set up for the purpose. ENEL have sent me a form to fill in and sign.
Thanks. I understand that these taxes are self-assessed, and that part of the calculation involves the "cadastral value" of the property. I don't know what that value is, and am having no success in discovering it. Without it I can't pay the commune the (unknown) amounts that they require. Is there some kind of register that I can consult?
