The property is totally non smoking. Sorry no pets or children. It is not suitable for mobility impaired. It is furished and equipped to an unusiually high standard and we supply a comprehensive welcome pack of local delicacies and wines. Our aim is to make your holiday relaxing and pleasant from the start so we supply as much as we can to save your precious baggage allowance.

The property has central heating and a bio ethanol fireplace for cooler weather and electric ceiling fan and insect screens on all the windows for warm weather. The thick walls of the ancient house keep it cosy in Winter and cool in Summer.
Description
Set into the medieval walls of Treia, one of the borghi più belli d'Italia, this luxuriously updated historic townhouse offers everything you need for a romantic holiday. It has been equipped with everything you will need from high quality Italian furniture to luxuries like a sauna, tropical rainstorm shower, king size bed, well equipped cook's kitchen with granite worktops, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, large comfortable sofa and chaise longue, bio ethanol fire for the cooler months, together with central heating, a terrace with BBQ, table and chairs and loungers with umbrella and a welcome pack full of local delicaciesand wine to let you relax and enjoy your first meal in your holiday home. Insect screens on all windows so you can sleep with the windows open if you wish, enjoying the breeze from the ceiling fan. Crisp cotton sheets and ample towels are changed twice weekly and white cotton dressing gowns for those lazy mornings. There are restaurants, local bakers and food shops within strolling distance. Guests are welcome at the owner's country house to enjoy use of the heated swimming pool(mid May till Mid September)
