Oh! and what a view!! Trullo Vista Blu has a commanding view – “vista” – of the Valle d’Itria. Perfect for families with grown up children needing a little space of their own or couples and friends sharing a week, if not two, on a summer break from city life and chaos.
The property has three independent bedrooms and a central trullo where all can regroup in the kitchen and lounge facilities. The Trullo, the Cantina and the Torretta.
The trullo bedroom can be either a double or a twin and uses the family bathroom. The Torretta is a double with ensuite and views over the poolside. The Cantina is secluded and private with views across the valley. Here we have toilet and wash basin and an outside shower.
The property is currently being restructured to increase the size of the kitchen and dining room facilities. We are equally adding heating and air con!!
Facilities & Services
Linen, towels and beach towels are included in the price quoted. Guests are invited to use extra services available such as In house Chef, extra maid services, shopping services inclusive of wine deliveries.
We have a number of activities and tours available that our guests may include in their itinerary plus you will find a Guide to Puglia and the area with recommendations for restaurants, beaches etc. This is also available in .pdf format before you arrive should you wish to view it.
Restored in 2012, Trullo Vista Blu is an occasion to holiday in time honoured pleasurable style. The property has three completely independent double bedrooms with shower room; each unique with its own individual querkiness. Everyone can regroup in the main trullo for breakfast before reclining by the pool and when you feel partial to a little privacy and solitude, choose a quiet bench overlooking the Valley or retire to the shaded gazebo (s) poised for your inner assuagement.
The countryside location is opportune for visits to the nearby historical and esteemed towns of the Valle d’Itria, feasible also for a sojourn by the sea, wine tasting events and getting acquainted with authentic Puglian food!

Il Trullo: The centre piece to Trullo Vista Blu with well equipped kitchen and feature fireplace, dining area for six people, shower room and seating room with TV. It is possible to accommodate a single bed in this room for an extra (small!) guest. Il Trullo has a large double (could also be two singles) with ample wardrobe space. The dining area is ventilated with ceiling fan.
La Torretta: Double bedroom with ensuite shower and outlook onto the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool and solarium. Independent entrance.
La Cantina: A double bed takes pride of place in this once upon a time wine cellar. The “cantina” has an impressive view over the Valley below. WC ensuite and Outside shower. Independent entrance.

Such splendor and it is all yours; well at least for the duration of your vacation ;-)! A state of the art swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 metres with gradually descending steps. Maximum depth 1.5 metres. Sunloungers for all.
Stone built BBQ with gazebo for evening dining in close proximity to the water’s edge. Yet another gazebo, should you need a little space of your own with a good book and shade from the summer sun.
Balcony views of the Valle d’Itria can be enjoyed under the pine wood or take a stroll among the olive and fig trees that line the grounds of Trullo Vista Blu.

Place to visit
Trullo Vista Blu is located in the countryside of Ostuni but on the borders of the market town of Cisternino which is effectively closer with many amenities and facilities, not to mention a number of restaurants. The property is equally situated within easy access of the UNESCO town of Alberobello, baroque Martina Franca, the round hilltop town of Locorotondo and the beaches of the Adriatic Sea.
Cisternino was recently recognised among Italy’s most beautiful villages, it is a little town perched about 400 m above sea-level with a fantastic architecture of milky houses, flowered balconies, steep stairs as well as stunning views. The historic town is worth a stroll through and the town is host to a number of festivals throughout the year which usually feature food and wine!
