Great to see yet another fabulous review of the Abruzzo region in The Times.http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/travel/destinations/italy/article6903405.ece

Great, another article about Abruzzo, glad to see that other non-specialist magazines highlight Italy in their travel stories...You should like this one to:http://www.italymag.co.uk/italy-featured/castiglione-casauria/mystic-cha...Have you already visited the places featured in there? And what about this one?http://www.italymag.co.uk/italy-featured/abruzzo/albergo-diffuso-santo-s...It's dedicated to Santo Stefano di Sessanio, which is partially mentioned in the Times's article.Happy reading, Abruzzo Lovers

Thanks for these.I've found that one of the positive outcomes following the earthquake in April is how much the global profile of Abruzzo has been raised. We had some American guests stay with us in October and whilst their itineray was limited to the usual places in Italy, they decided to detour for 5 days to Abruzzo, after they'd seen that wonderful backdrop of the Gran Sasso at the G8 summit in L'Aquila. We have also had many Italians from Milan, Venice visiting the region to show their support to L'Aquila and surrounding region.
