Hi

I posted a question here last week, and also emailed your support address over the weekend about ending my house for sale advert. I paid for the monthly subscription using my Italian Postepay card. My query was how I should cancel the monthly payment as I no longer wish to advertise my property. I received a response telling me that I needed to cancel the monthly payment via Postepay. On ringing them, they tell me that I need to cancel with the company ie. yourselves, as Postepay is unable to cancel third party contracts.
I replied to your support to this effect but have had no response.
I have also tried to view my 'Property Statistics' and 'Viewing Requests' via your site but am unable to view either page, access is denied and the page states that ' nothing is here'. This applies using either Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. I have also had an email requesting information from a prospective buyer about my property although this has gone to another email address that I don't believe I have ever used with this account, but as I am unable to view my account information I have no way of telling whether this request is genuine. Your website is awkward and seems to be malfunctioning on various pages. In short, please cancel my listing and payments with immediate effect...I won't be using this site again to advertise a property.

Hi Julie,your insertion has been correctly deleted.Property Statistics is a feature available just for Estate Agents at the moment, while 'Viewing Request' was disabled upon you requested your account to be canceled.The requested you received has been sent to the email linked to your profile. Thank you. Maybe it might be helpful if your site mentioned that features are unavailable to all users rather than suggesting that there was some sort of error with the account.Also, I wasn't told that any action had been taken on my account after my first email - disabling the viewing request - which also might have been useful to know.Thanks
