GAIA is an International Institute that offers study holidays in Sardinia to all of those who want to learn and live the Italian language and culturethrough an extraordinary and unique experience in the archipelago of La Maddalena.
La Maddalena is characterized by its unique landscapes full of Mediterranean culture and nature. The combination of white beaches, rocks and blue water makes this place one of the most attractive points in Europe, receiving thousands of visitors every year. This land is also known for being the final resting place of the "Hero of Two Worlds", Giuseppe Garibaldi, who built at Caprera the famous "White House". It is now a Museum and is open to the public and where you can visit the tomb and his final resting place. The history of the archipelago, because of its strategic location, is linked to the military presence that has highly structured territory with interesting examples of military architecture. 
Our courses and other activities present a great opportunity to experience a different type of formation in which the students not only expand their knowledge but also are able to live the territory and involve to its culture.
All of the courses include interaction and recreational activities outside the school so that the student can experience Italian culture further than its teaching area. Our courses are characterized by presenting the student the concept of study holidays, in which the student can study and enjoy of a vacation period at the same time.
