Learn Italian in Italy's Greatest Gastronomic Treasure, Emilia-Romagna
Emilia-Romagna is that part of Italy where Ferrari was built. People from there are uncommon!
Do they have to make a car? They make you a Ferrari, a Maserati and a Lamborghini. Do they have to make a motorcycle? They build a Ducati. Do they have to make a cheese? They invent Parmigiano Reggiano. Do they have to make spaghetti? They set up Barilla. They are like the Japanese, they do not stop, they do not tire, and if they have to do something, they like to do it well and beautiful, and useful to everyone.
Italian and cookery classes, food, wine and sightseeing with experienced teachers in Emilia-Romagna, a region of northern Italy home of some of the finest food traditions around the world.
