Path is a very small and local project based in Lecce, spontaneously borne from the passion and the attachment to this region, featuring the deepest knowledge of local culture and traditions. Path is our way of enjoying a culture and sharing our love for this region with others, with the desire to offer a truly unique way of experiencing and discovering the mediterranean culinary tradition area.

A Cookery Vacation in Apulia
Discovering a region throughout its cuisine, its wine and traditions is probabily one of the most enjoyable ways of experiencing a culture, learning its secrets and having fun.
Giuliana, will follow you in to this journey, our experienced guides will tell you all about the art & history of this region and our sommelier will guide you to the perfect mach.
Only small classes and hands on lessons, visit to local market and producers, cultural tours of Lecce and the surroundings.
The all course will focus on traditional recipes based on local and seasonal ingredients, either picked from our own organic garden or from the local market. You will enjoy a new way of experiencing a culinary culture, learning a language having fun and been creative at the some time.
Accommodation and most meals, cultural tours and field trips. No single supplement is required.

An active holiday about local food and fine wine, history and agriculture, passion and bottled poetry.
Cycling or walking among vineyards and olive groves you will visit some of the most interesting vineries, meeting and talking to the real people beyond Apulian’s finest wine
. With 25 DOC areas, over three dozen major and secondary grape varieties, about 260.000 acres devotes to grapevines, Puglia has one of the biggest yet less known production to be explored in the country. We will only focus on small vineries and fine wine, experiencing what other tourists miss. You will be introduced to the local grapes and production, From Negroamaro to Primitivo and Malvasia nera di Lecce, tasting the result of a millenary tradition, with the help of our expert sommelier and wine makers.
This trip is also available to people wishing to use small local trains or other means of transport.
