Versace kicked off Paris Fashion Week over the weekend with a special guest who caused quite a stir: Jennifer Lopez, looking gorgeous on the red carpet wearing a strapless white gown with a thigh-high split from Versace’s new collection. The American superstar then took the front row seat during the fashion show presented by Donatella Versace, whose haute-couture collection was described as the best in recent years.
This isn't the first time JLo has stunned in a Versace dress. Perhaps unforgettable is the plunging green silk chiffon dress the singer wore during the 42nd Grammy Awards ceremony in 2000; it has been cited as the dress that represented a turning point in Donatella Versace's career after the murder of her brother Gianni in 1997, and the dress that made Versace a household name.
