Hello!I'm interested in selling a small building in a nice and quiet area of Pisa,Tuscany near the city center and not far away from the airport. At present, the building is divided into 3 independent areas. On the ground floor, a stationery shop has been working for more than 10 years, while the other two areas are rented, mainly to University students. The building can be purchased either as an investmento or to live in. In the latter case, there's the option for the cancellation of lease agreement.I live in Madrid, Spain and it's quite inconvenient for me to look after the property.
