Hi, Are there currently any grants or funding that would help with reconstruction of a house damaged in the earthquake of Aug. 2016? Does the legislation that was passed allowing for tax exemption still apply, or would the individual have needed to request exemption already? Thank you in advance for your responses.Snapdragon
