Hi, I read a lot about how to obtain an Italian passport through Italian heritage but always it only refers to Americans. As a British person with Italian grandmother how do I go about obtaining an Italian passport? I have been told recently by someone, not official, that you have to be resident for two years. If this is correct how do Americans do it? I would appreciate any advice.
