How did the fight start?

 I rear-ended a car this morning on the way to work. I knew right then and there that it was going to be a REALLY bad day. The driver got out of the other car, and wouldn't you know it.... he was a dwarf. He stormed over to my car, looked up at me and said "I'm NOT flaming happy!" So I said "Well, which flaming one are you then?"And that's how the fight started............................................
