Photovoltaic systems

Does anyone know what the output Kw per m2 of a PV system is? We have a house in Piedmont with a South facing roof which at the height of summer gets 11hrs of sun a day. Also, how much can one get back from selling your excess electricity per Kw? Any ideas on professional installation costs would also be useful. We would have an on-grid system. Thanks
