The vineyard covers a total area of 12,62 acres. The wine produced from different type of grapes: 7,02 acres of Rosso Valdichiana Toscana DOC (Sangiovese and Merlot grapes) : 2,79 acres of Chardonnay Valdichiana Toscana DOC: 2,81 acres of Incrocio Manzoni igt toscana (a crossing between Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco). These grapes have been cultivated using organic certtified farming methods since 1994. No pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides. No irrigation is used, forcing the roots to grow deep to find moisture, adding to the character of the wine.
The cellar, the modern tools and machinery for making and storing wine are included in the sale, as well as the start-up, the trademarks’ ownership and the distribution network.
