Pergine Valsugana, has its origins in the distant Middle Ages from the mid 1800's and developed over the centuries becoming the third largest municipality in the Province of Trento.
An ideal place to live, it is a town on a human scale that offers its residents all the main services for all age groups as well as many opportunities for entertainment and cultural, folklore, gastronomic and above all sporting entertainment thanks to the contemporary proximity of the lake. of Caldonazzo, of the Mocheni Valley and of Panarotta, well-known destinations both for summer and winter tourism.
Pergine, very well connected to the Adige valley and to the city of Trento and well served by public transport both by bus and train, is the natural outlet for those seeking the combination of city services and the quiet life of the city " country size "with the advantage of having lower prices than the city of Trento.
The sales proposal is represented by a single house which, thanks to its peculiar characteristics, is potentially suitable for two families. It is located in the residential area of Pergine, to the north/east of the centre, which can be reached comfortably by all means and in a short time.
Built on a plot of rectangular land, it comprises a total of three floors, the basement, the first and second floors, each measuring around 150 sq.m in total.
The house was built in 1982, the first floor and basement completed about fifteen years ago while the second is still in its raw state.
The apartment on the first floor, the one currently inhabited, is in perfect condition with excellent interior finishes where porphyry floors in the living area stand out and a bathroom, made of wood for the bedrooms and marble for the second bathroom. The internal layout is very functional and rational and each room enjoys ample living space.
Access from the outside through the security door, going up a flight of stairs placed centrally to the building we are greeted by a large corridor that connects the living area on the left side, comprising a large open space of over 40 sq.m with kitchen area and large living room with exit to the balcony and the first bathroom with shower and window and on the right side that night with two large double bedrooms (one with balcony), the single room and the second bathroom also this window with both tub and garage shower.
Going down the stairs we arrive instead in the basement comprising a large garage entirely paved in porphyry, the stube, the laundry room, the third bathroom, the boiler room and two cellars.
The second floor, which is currently unfinished, has its own independent access on the north side of the house, the internal square footage, equal to the lower floor, makes it possible to build another large apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living area as well as a characteristic terrace from which it is possible to admire Castello di Pergine.
Over the years, the building has been regularly maintained, including the reconstruction of all the exteriors and the construction of an insulating coat in the late 2000s.
It is an extremely interesting housing solution in a quiet and private residential area, suitable to comfortably accommodate two families, thanks to the generosity of the accessory spaces.
