Description

An incredible and important villa near the center of the village of Cairo Montenotte.

The private park is completely fenced with ancient trees. It’s a superb villa of the 1800. In addition to the main house there is also another house at the entrance of the park, originally for the caretaker. The main building is about 1.600 sqm and the caretaker’s house 200 sqm. The general conditions are good, but it is in need of a restoration.
The building has four floors with separate staircases to the upper floors for the 'master' and the 'servants' who had rooms on the third floor attic.
On the ground floor, there is an old kitchen, with room below where there was a bakery. Billiard room with coats of arms painted on the walls, family chapel. On the main floor is the sumptuous ballroom, a completely frescoed dining room, hunting paintings , friezes, wooden carvings and reliefs. Also the bed room of the Marquise ( yellow room) and a studio room . It is absolutely a unique property that could be an important habitable house or ideal for a reception activity.
