It is characterised externally by travertine masonry and local stone and internally by a large room with two large travertine round arches and a travertine staircase. The house is composed as follows: at ground floor we have a charming entrance with corner bar, large living room with fireplace and relaxing area, dining room, equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms; on the first floor, 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Within the farmhouse, we find 10 graffiti on the walls, made by the artist Camilian Demetrescu, which make this prestigious residence almost a museum. Outside, we have a large pergola of 80sqm, perfect for al fresco dining. A few meters away from the farmhouse, at a level about 2m higher, we find a restored guesthouse of 210sqm on one floor, consisting of large open-space, 2 rooms and bathroom. The surrounding park includes a swimming pool of 6x12m, green ornamental areas, with terraces, small walls and stone staircases, and wide parking area.

Externally, it is characterised by open-face mixed masonries (travertine and local stone) and roof with wooden beam bearing structure and Roman style tiles for the covering (waterproof and insulated).
