Villa Oasi is located in the open countryside in the heart of the Lazio region, around a pretty village in the Liri Valley called Arce. The villa is situated on a hill between one hectare of private gardens and woods.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 9-meter x 4 private pool with plenty of indoor space, 2 outdoor terraces, dehors and garden portions. The ground floor houses the large living area that consists of: living room with sofas, dining room with fireplace, living kitchen equipped with all the main appliances (dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and grill, refrigerator and freezer), a service bathroom game room with TV, air hockey table and the storage room with the washing machine.
On the upper 2 floors opens the sleeping area with master bedroom, bathroom with shower and balcony on the first floor; a double bedroom and a bedroom with another bathroom with shower.

The garden of the house is equipped with several games, including Giant Jenga, Giant connect 4, garden quoits, badminton, volleyball and swings.

The location of the villa is particularly strategic and there are many attractions that can be found in the surroundings: Arce is home to the international go-kart circuit of the Liri Valley, just a 10-minute drive from the Ceprano motorway tollbooth on the A1 (Milan - Naples), 7 kilometers you reach Lake San Giovanni in Carico, 20 the caves of Pastena , at 7 the bowling of Ceprano and at 10 the picturesque waterfall of Isola del Liri.
Don't miss: the abbey of Casamari at 17 kilometers, that of Montecassino at 30, the magnificent palace of Caserta at 90 kilometers, Rome, the eternal city, at a hundred, Naples and Pompeii at 120. Just 37 kilometres away is the spa and the Golf Club in Fiuggi, while Valmontone (60 kilometres) has both the shopping outlet and the theme park (Rainbow Magic Land). The nearest international airports are Rome Fiumicino or Ciampino and Naples Capodichino about 100 kilometers away. Finally, the beautiful beaches of Terracina and Sperlonga are 39 and 60 kilometres apart, respectively, while the nearest ski resort is Campo Staffi at 85 km.

Lying on the side of a hill, it preserves the medieval appearance in the steep and narrow streets of its old town. Cicero speaks of the territory "Arcanum" and of an Arcane Villa, described and magnified. Of course, inscriptions and some finds remain of the Roman period. Let us not forget that in the territory of Arce had been located the Latin colony of Fregellae founded by the Romans in 328 BC. Today it is a very important archaeological park, which, with scientific excavations at the university level, is coming back to light and can be visited at any time of the year. It is a strategic place of considerable importance, located on the border between the Pontifical State and the Kingdom of Naples. Among his churches are: SS. Peter and Paul (XVII century) with two bell towers and the Greek cross interior; St. Mary's that preserves a fine and "miraculous" wooden crucifix.

The Ciociaria is easily accessible from both Rome and Naples and their respective airports. A day of shopping in Rome is a common pastime, while an even shorter drive will take you to the lovely beaches south of Rome. Alternatively, you can drive east, and the mountains of Abruzzo National Park await you with horseback trekking in the magnificent beeps, and sparkling mountain lakes and rivers where you can swim in the heat of summer. And at the other end of the temperature, even if Arpino himself is temperate, less than an hour's drive takes you to the winter ski slopes.

The Ciociaria remains largely a pristine gem, with beautiful landscapes and medieval towns atop the hills. A house or a second home in Ciociaria, in the hilly villages of Arpino, Veroli, Alatri or in the sweet countryside that surrounds them, will offer you a scenario where over two thousand years of history combine with an idyllic Italian rural lifestyle, where you can still discover the "real" Italy and take time off from the crowded crowds of large tourist cities , while you are less than a ninety-minute journey from the centre of Rome or one of Rome's two airports.
