This splendid farmhouse, perfectly habitable and equipped with every comfort, has kept its original atmosphere intact and can really be defined as a real rarity.
Located in the hills of Macerata, in a quiet and private area, the farmhouse enjoys a beautiful view of the hillside and can be reached along an unpaved road, for residents only, in good condition.
Built with great attention to detail, the property consists of a main house measuring 300 sq m with a 70 sq m basement garage, a 70 sq m outbuilding and a 3000 sq m garden with a 12x6 m swimming pool.
The main house has three floors as follows.
The ground floor, with access to the garden and loggia, houses a well-equipped open kitchen, a spacious living space with an open-plan living and dining room, old brick arches, a stone fireplace and a service bathroom. The floors are in traditional terracotta, with underfloor heating.
The first floor houses a spacious suite with bedroom, wardrobe and a large bathroom with a bath and shower. On the opposite side a second bedroom with a large bathroom with tub and shower.
The second attic floor contains a spacious bedroom and a bathroom available on the floor, and a large room used as a study, which can be transformed into the fifth bedroom if necessary.
The two upper floors have oak floors and cast iron radiators. The house is equipped with central heating on three separate zones and a water system that allows the water pressure to be kept constant.
The dependance has an entrance to the living room / kitchen, a space which leads to the two bedrooms with a private bathroom. The living area extends onto a terrace area, which overlooks the swimming pool.
The structure of the house and that of the annex, renovated in 2006, were built with the most recent anti-seismic criteria. Doors and windows are mahogany and fitted with mosquito nets and shutters. The finishes are of hight quality. The interior doors have been restored to maintain the taste of the old farmhouse. All the ceilings are with wooden beams and supported tiles, according to the old Marche tradition.
The well-kept and well-kept garden features a swimming pool with Roman steps. It is equipped with automatic irrigation supported by a rainwater capture system that fills an underground tank and feeds the irrigation system.
