Description

The Brentonico Plateau, the "garden of Italy", is the first mountain resort to be found arriving from the south and entering Trentino.
Brentonico is located in the heart of the Monte Baldo Park, famous for its microclimate and its landscape that stretches from Vallagarina to Lake Garda and up to the north to the Brenta Group Dolomites.
The microclimate of these areas favors the growth of a unique flora for variety in an area rich in sports and leisure opportunities throughout the year, ranging from trekking to mountain biking to skiing (cross-country skiing and downhill) to snowshoes and much more .
The short distance that separates us from the towns of Rovereto or Riva del Garda makes the plateau even more interesting, in a few minutes by car you can reach all the services of the city or the possibilities offered by Lake Garda.
Over the years the area has undergone considerable residential development with the construction of villas, small villas and residences dedicated mainly to the second home market.
The residence Erika, in which this apartment is located, enjoys an absolutely favorable position being close to the ski slopes and the ski lifts. The position also enjoys the view, from the large windows of the living room and bedrooms, all facing east, the view is very interesting both in summer (on the green meadows and woods) and in winter (on the ski slopes) .

Very useful is the private parking space in the garage of the residence, with convenient access even during the winter season.
