Located in the immediate hinterland of the Ligurian-Tyrrhenian coast, in the Livorno Maremma, a few kilometers from the beach of Marina di Castagneto, Donoratico is a fraction of the town of Castagneto Carducci, in the province of Livorno.

The ground floor consists of two larger rooms, the kitchen and the living room, a small entrance and a convenient storage room under the stairs.
The staircase that leads to the first floor is the original stone staircase lit by a large window on the first landing. Above we find the two large bedrooms, one with a small walk-in wardrobe and a few steps higher, the bathroom with window and shower.
The internal conditions are good, the modernization interventions have been realized in recovering the old materials and original architectural features and providing the house with heating system with pellet stove, with air ducting in every room.
