In summer it is possible to eat on the terrace with direct access from the kitchen, covered and therefore also suitable on rainy days, while on the most sultry days the air conditioning system will certainly make us prefer the convenience among the masonry. The sleeping area, well defined, consists of a bathroom with tub and two double bedrooms of good size and both have an independent balcony overlooking the adjoining vineyard. The apartment includes a garage and a practical cellar.
