Bistagno, Langhe del Monferrato, DOC area of Asti wines, Moscato, Bracchetto, Barbera, etc. 10 minutes from the spa town of Acqui Terme, 20 minutes from Nizza Monferrato, the most important center of the Asti wine-growing area, we offer a charming property with a residential house, service buildings for agricultural or hospitality activities.
The property is in a hilly area, halfway up the coast, with a beautiful view and good privacy. Easily accessible by the municipal road that borders the property, it is very convenient for the services that can be reached in the village which is about 1500 m from the houses.
