HelloSince you are doing a restoration project I would chose to have the builders include it in their price.I don't know how it works in Umbria but where I work in Abruzzo there is an official company you must use for garbage disposal. You will contact them and tell them what type of debris and aprox. amount. They will give you a price and they will come with a container that they can leave for several hours or several days.I think you need a special permission to do this yourself as many Italians chose the woods or road sides to get rid of garbage. So if the police stop you with a small truck loaded without permission you might be fined. I don't know if there is difference between old building materials and organic stuff like wood.Go to the local municipality and ask who is contracted to collect waste in your area.Second option if it needs to be done before the work starts: Contact a builder and ask him to drive it away - I think they usually have the license to carry debris. I assume the insolation is limited but how is the climate where you are?Will you use the house all years round or will it only be on special occacions?I will be in Abruzzo from next week and if you are close to where I am I can bring somebody who can give a quote. I am near Sulmona/Pratola.If you can answer my questions I think I can give you a rough idea of what the prices should be. There are several suppliers and it is almost impossible to tell from their listing prices which is the best.Eni and Enel are some of the ones I have dealt with and it is working but like much else things are slowly and inefficient.You can have a look at this site where there are some listing og electricity suppliers. http://www.sostariffe.it/energia-elettrica/ Gas you will have different suppliers to choose from.
