It looks you got a lot of warnings, enough to make you change your mind about the possibility of a relocation in Italy. That would explain why they didn't ask you about the TEFL certificate. If you're eager for some adventure I'd advise you to move to Italy, if you're not then it's better to search for better job offers. Good luck on whatever you decide!

What happens in case of a lost birth certificate? Could a lawyer deal with this? I know people that had this problem in a foreign country and it's pretty difficult. Where do you start when you lose legal id papers?

Have you checked the internet yet? If you want to rent the place when you're not there I suggest you don't make big investments on furniture, just get the usual furniture you can find. If you want something special then I think you should go with Oak furniture. I hope my advise helped!

You should just go for regular appliances specially because you seem to be concerned about the price. Regular new appliances won't give you any bad surprises on energy consumption. I don't know if you'll find Frigidaire parts in Italy but I think you know by now that energy star appliances should be on top of the options list.

If you are lucky enough to find a tempurpedic mattress discount then I think you'll find the mattress topper you need, I would stick around on the Internet if I were you, even Italy has it's own online stores that provide more information directly from the source. Good luck!

What's the connection between legal residency and health insurance? I don't see it... I think you should focus on your residency and an affordable health insurance separately. I doubt there are areas that require mandatory health insurance for getting permanent residency.

The idea is great but you should make sure that the pool can be used in winter too since you plan to rent the house for tourists. Since you already got suggestions for swimming pools I can only help you with inflatable pool covers that would be one of the options you have to keep the pool functional in winter too.

Impressive! This little poem says it all about how difficult English language can be. I can’t imagine what an English beginner would understand from all this mixture of words. In fact, I don’t think people in online english tutoring should even read it, they risk making confusions involuntarily and this could have negative effects on their learning process.
