Hi All, I am cleaning my olive trees at the moment and would like a machine that could crunch and possible turn them into a brick for burning in a fireplace. I have a shredder and mulcher which is perfect for other things . Thnaks for your time.

Hi, Many thanks for the replies I tried the phone number and there was only the operator telling me something (I do not speak Italian yet) , we did a Google search and came up with another one in Montevarchi Arrezzo but no answer also. As I cannot wait I have ordered from spices of india .co.uk where they do have  a very comprehensive range of spices. On a different note we tried an Indian in Perugia old town which was to say the least was bad, very bad. I will keep you all posted when my spices turn and how it turns out. Thanks again. Michael

Hi, Hear's  my tuppence worth !!!   We have renovated an old Torretta and this is the first winter that we are using wood for the boiler which heats the underfloor heating and the hot water system, last year was our first winter and we had the  gas working  but the cost was horrendous. In side the house we have a double sided fireplace that can be opened from both sides as well as closed with an internal fan that blows hot air into both rooms making this very cosy to look at as well as pratical. Sorry but I do not know the makers name for the fireplace but the wood boiler is a Reillo , please let us know how you get on . Happy new year to all and a peacefull one. Michael

Hi All, Many thanks for all the replies , I would like to pick up on a couple of comments. I have a wood burning boiler that the olive brickets could be burnt in which would save loads of money and olive wood is a very good burner. Could Sablanico send me the CAEB website as I cannot find this please and I do welcome all your ideas. Many Thanks and a good Xmas.

Hi All, This is my first posting and its a really good forum for info and advice. Well after reading this subject about TV from the UK I thought I would tell you what I have . I have been watching the BBCi player and ITV, CH 5 but not channel 4 all on catch up, also real time  BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and 5 plus others making a total of 40 channels for the past year with only minor hicups. I know its a lot but all I need is news and maybe a film or documentary to watch before I go to bye byes. If you wish further info please ask me and I will gladly try to answer your Q. Many Thanks
