Different Types of Flour for Your Italian Recipes

Words by Katia Amore

Most people taking my cooking classes ask me about the different kinds of Italian flour we use during the lessons and where they can purchase them once back in their country. While in big cities you can definitely find an Italian deli selling them, for those of you who do not live in London, New York, Chicago, Copenaghen, etc, this might be more difficult. Luckily, they are now also available on-line. Here is a selection we added to our shop, just follow the link to order.
