Italian Cooking Vacations

A cooking class in Italy is the perfect chance to immerse yourself in the traditions and culture of a place while learning some great culinary skills you can take home with you!

We have selected some cooking schools throughout Italy offering a personal touch. You can attend up to a week-long cooking class in Modica, Sicily, at the school run by ITALY Magazine editor Katia Amore, or you can learn to cook in the Roman home of chef Daniela del Balzo, who often contributes recipes to ITALY Magazine. If you are on vacation in Sardinia or on the Ligurian Riviera, why not take a break from the beach and learn about the local recipes. You could also combine cooking classes with Italian language courses in Reggio Emilia, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna’s Food Valley.

Learn Italian cooking so when you head back home you can still enjoy the culinary delights of Italy!
