Apologies for raising this topic again. I know there are a bunch of older posts about pools. I'm looking to build a pool in the next couple of years at my house in the Frosinone/Cassino area of Lazio. The pool will be used in the Summer only and closed during the winter months. There are lots of systems to chose from but I am leaning towards a salt system (with chlorinator.) My impression is that these may be less popular with pool companies as the lower maintenance means they get less repeat business (chemical sales and maintenance,) maybe I'm just being cynical.
Hello, I am thinking of building a pool at my house in Italy. The house will in time be partislyh rented out to holiday makers, and I am thinking it will create mote interest if we have a pool for people? not sure if it is worth the money? also, has anyone had any experience of this, and does anyone know of a website or company that may be able to install a fibre glass pool in the frosinone area of Italy? Any thoughts and ideas would be greatly welcomed! Thanks, David.
Has anyone any experience of creating a biological swimming pond (piscina biologica naturale)? That is, a pool or pond for swimming which is kept clean naturally without the use of chemicals? For example: tinyurl.com/yafz8pj Mike
This is a warning to anybody with a swimming pool!!
