What are member roles? What is the difference between community visitor and community member?

Member roles define what you can and cannot do within our community.

Currently there are only two member roles in our community.

• Visitors can create content, participate in groups, view member profiles, comment on content, use the private messaging facility, etc
• Community Members can do everything visitors can do but they can also create groups.

One moves from visitor to community member after having interact and used the website a bit - typically we do a mass up role upgrade every week.
