Saleswoman (A): Good morning! Can I help you?
Customer (B): Yes, thank you. I’d like to try on the sweater that is on the mannequin in the shop window.
A: The red one or the purple one?
B: The purple one, please.
A: Certainly. What size do you wear?
B: Medium.
A: I don’t have the medium here on display. If you wait a moment, I'll go and see if we have it in stock in the back.
B: Yes, thank you. Meanwhile I’ll take a look.
A: Sure, go ahead.
The saleswoman returns.
A: I found it. Do you want to try something else?
B: Actually, yes! I've seen these pants that I really like. And that skirt. Size 44.
A: Let's see. Yes, I have both sizes. Here you go. The dressing room is down there.
B: Thanks.
The customer leaves the dressing room.
A: How did it go?
B: I really like how the sweater fits. And the skirt too. The pants, on the other hand, do not feel comfortable.
A: Would you like to see something else, maybe a different model of pants?
B: No, thank you. I’d do more shopping, but I have a reservation to enter the Uffizi and, if I don't go immediately, I'll be late!
A: Then come to the register and I'll immediately get you the receipt. It's € 150 please.
B: I’ll pay with my card.
A: Sure. Can you sign the receipt please?
B: Yes. Thank you for your help.
A: You're welcome. Have a nice visit at the Uffizi! And enjoy your stay in Florence!
B: Thanks! It's a beautiful city. Bye.
A: Bye.
Commessa (A): Buongiorno! Posso aiutarla?
Cliente (B): Sì, grazie. Vorrei provare il maglione che c’è sul manichino in vetrina.
A: Quello rosso o quello viola?
B: Quello viola, per favore.
A: Certamente. Che taglia porta?
B: La M.
A: La media non ce l’ho qui esposta. Se attende un attimo, vado a vedere se l’abbiamo in magazzino.
B: Sì, grazie. Intanto dò un’occhiata.
A: Certo, faccia pure.
La commessa ritorna.
A: L’ho trovata. Vuole provare qualcos’altro?
B: A dire il vero sì! Ho visto questi pantaloni che mi piacciono molto. E anche quella gonna. Taglia 44.
A: Guardiamo subito. Sì, ho entrambe le taglie. Ecco a lei. Il camerino è lì in fondo.
B: Grazie.
La cliente esce dal camerino.
A: Com’è andata?
B: Mi piace molto come mi sta il maglione. E anche la gonna. I pantaloni invece non li sento comodi.
A: Vorrebbe vedere qualcos’altro, magari un modello diverso di pantaloni?
B: No, la ringrazio. Farei ancora shopping, ma ho la prenotazione per entrare agli Uffizi e se non vado subito arrivo in ritardo!
A: Allora si accomodi pure alla cassa che le faccio subito lo scontrino. Ecco, sono €150.
B: Pago con la carta.
A: Benissimo. Ecco, può fare una firma qui?
B: Sì. La ringrazio per il suo aiuto.
A: Di niente. Buona visita agli Uffizi! E buona permanenza a Firenze!
B: Grazie! E’ una bellissima città. Arrivederci.
