Hello,My husband and I (both semi retired) live mostt of the time, in the countryside in northern Lazio, in the Bracciano Martignano Regional park. There is in our 4 hectare property an apartment separate from our own apartment, It is ground floor, with its own small garden, terrace and  garage, which we usually let for short summer stays but can also let it for your period at of course a reduced rate. it is very tranquil and quiet here, very suitable for writing. I have just finished an online course for Oxford U. Hi, I don't know if you have been successful in finding somewhere to rent as yet, if not we have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully fitted house house in a village not far from Castiglione del Lago, in  North Western Umbria. We have a patio garden and pool, but more importantly through the Winter months central heating throughout the house.
