Dear community,

We are currently looking into buying a property just outside of Macerata. Does anyone know of a good English speaking solicitor in the area as our Italian is very basic?

Thanks for your reply.

That is worth knowing as we had planned to use the local recycling centre for the time being so I guess we may not be able to do so.

Hi Clueless in Italy,

Good point, I have just double checked and this is our total tax bill! I thought that was expensive for waste removal.

Hi,

I am also trying to find this information out. We have been billed on the size of our property in the Marche region (not including outbuildings). It is 78msq and we have just received a 460 Euro bill for waste collection. We are hoping we may be entitled to a discount as non residents.
