Very sorry I can't directly help you on your query.But I note you asked this on another forum (more local ), but either did not like the answers, want more choice or it has taken this long to arrive here and ask the question? Nothing wrong with that either way, but unless you want to have someone who is not local, I would suggest the answers there will be more appropriate. There are a number of people on this forum also on your local forum, but I doubt there is many on here from Abruzzo that are not. This is perhaps why you have not had an answer yet.Of course anything relating to questions throughout Italy, then you are very sensible to be on a broader forum like this and/or many others. 

Hi thereI suggest you look at the website for studiodelgaizopicchione.it. They are not based in Abruzzo but have offices in Italy (Livorno I think) and the UK and have clients from all over the world. I have found them very helpful, they are bilingual and the fees have been very reasonable. Their website is also very useful with  articles on a wide range of tax related issues. Good luck in your search.  I'm sure you will know there are other English speakers in Palombaro and they may also have suggestions. Marianna
