What is the TASI Tax - does it replace

TASI is a new tax which along with IMU makes up the IUC, or the imposta unica comunale..   IMU is not payable by prima casa owners, but TASI is.  For second home owners, everything is payable.  which basically puts up your bills by about 20=25%  ver the year,  though some comunes have decided not to charge TASI and just stick with the IMU.

Thanks for the clear explanation.And where can I pay these taxes? I received a Modello F24 Semplificato form but where do I go? Or can I make a banktransfer?

Fill in your IBAN on the F24 and take itto your bank, they will deduct the sum from your account, and its free!   Alternatively go to any bank with the cash and make the payment - its also free.
