Ciao a tutti

Might anyone have a flat/house a family of three-four could rent between 1 Sept-30 Nov 2023 in Modena? I’m a researcher on sabbatical visiting from New Zealand. Options like Airbnb and Stayz are ridiculously expensive for such a long period.

I believe that 2 month rentals aren't the norm in Italy.

Have you looked at holiday parks (mobile homes) in the area?

I won’t have a car while in Italy … and holiday homes are usually outside of cities. But thank you anyway :)

Ps I just had a look. New listings but sadly only for 1-2 people. But more listings in Bologna, which isn’t far from Modena. Thank you again for the suggestion :) it’s given me some hope!
