Most people I know like Italian food for its tasty simplicity. Many famous national dishes, from a simple penne all'arrabbiata to a pollo alla cacciatora, are just the perfect combination of a simple list of top quality ingredients. No fuss, no complications, no exotic ingredients…think about the classic trio 'tomato-basil-mozzarella', doesn't it tell you everything about Italian cuisine in three words!
